Description
Founded in 1975, the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club (FSRC) provides recreational and competitive running opportunities in Frederick County. Membership is open to runners of all ages and abilities. The Club offers education and training as well as friendly competition to promote personal health and fitness through numerous activities.
INTERVALS: A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER : provides the schedule of upcoming Club events, results from recent area races, and regular features of interest to all runners.
GRAND PRIX SERIES: FSRC's most popular activity is its annual Grand Prix Series. Throughout the year all club members who participate in select distance races are cumulatively scored for the overall series. Top ten male and female winners are presented awards at the Club's Annual Awards Banquet.
