- Joe Stead is a lifelong theatre fanatic who has amassed a number of distinctions over the years. As a producer and director, he founded two theatre companies where his credits include "Life With Father," "The Miracle Worker," "Deathtrap," "The Odd Couple," "Brighton Beach Memoirs," "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" and "Godspell," among others. Joe recently directed Actors Workshop Theatre's Jeff Award winning production of "Equus," which was declared by Kris Vire of TimeOut Chicago as "one of the best productions I've seen all year." He has performed leading roles in "Fiddler on the Roof," "The Phantom of the Opera," "The Front Page," "You Can't Take it With You," "Oklahoma," and "Pippin," among others. Taking inspiration from Stephen Sondheim's groundbreaking "Sunday in the Park With George," Joe completed his degree in Commercial Art and Graphic Design at Tampa Technical Institute with honors and awards.
