Status Foe is the brainchild of Sean Woolsey. Woolsey launched Status Foe out of his parents' garage at age 18 in order to fulfill his ambition of making clothes that he would like to wear. With a dilettante approach, Woolsey would often sell clothes - that he had made himself or salvaged from the local thrift store - to people off his back. For 4 years Status Foe gained notoriety amongst the crowd that Woolsey geared his duds at.
