Man has been trying to figure out how to best armor himself for centuries. Though you hear a lot about the advancement of bulletproof vest technology, you don’t hear quite as much about defense against the threat of bladed weapons. With a background in corrections, I always felt like there needed to be more products out there to protect against knives, blades, spikes and sharp objects. We had many scary situations where guards were attacked with knives or makeshift bladed weapons.
