Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you must change an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer that appointment time to another patient.
We schedule certain types of appointments at certain times of the day to best accommodate all of our patients. This system allows us the flexibility to arrange the very quick adjustments for the maximum amount of patients during the after-school and before-work times. It is unavoidable that some school will be missed. Regular scheduled appointments book-up four to six weeks in advance. Missed before-school/work or after-school appointments will be reappointed where time allows.
Office hours vary from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays. Normally, patients are seen Monday through Wednesday and some Thursdays. Friday is a non-patient day, however the business office is open on Fridays between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
