- Ron grew up in Oregon's southern Willamette valley. Ron became a Wagoneer as a teenager flying skydivers while attending College at the University of Oregon. After graduating from the Department of Physics, 1981: Ron was commissioned in the Marine corps and became a Naval Aviator in 1983. After proudly serving under Ronald Reagan for 6 years he joined the airline industry and is currently a Captain for the Worlds largest carrier.
