What is this site all about?
This site has been provided through the generous support of the Sigma Chi Canadian Foundation to facilitate and promote communication about and among the various Sigma Chi brothers and chapters within Canada. The site's primary function is to provide a basic level of critical information concerning the Sigma Chi Canadian Foundation, as well as news of general interest and links to chapter websites. We also serve as host to a number of chapter-maintained websites. If you represent a Canadian undergraduate or alumni chapter and would like us to host your content, please e-mail the webmaster with your request.
This site is not intended to be a source of general information concerning the Sigma Chi International Fraternity as a whole. This function is already filled by www.sigmachi.org.
This site is primarily intended for communication among brothers, but as the Internet is not a secure medium (for now, at least), the tone and nature of all information posted and linked through the site must recognise the inherently public nature of the World Wide Web; while the webmaster will not accept the responsibility of editing individual submissions, he will reserve the right not to publish or link to information inconsistent with Fraternity philosophies (e.g. Jordan Standard) and laws. NO CONFIDENTIAL FRATERNITY INFORMATION SHOULD EVER BE POSTED VIA THE INTERNET!
