SiC Systems, Inc. was incorporated in July 2007 in order to facilitate the commercialization of an invention of Dr. Joshua Robbins and Dr. Mike Seman which provides for production of silicon carbide in size, quantity and quality suitable for use by mainstream semiconductor manufacturers. SiC Systems closed substantive angel funding in July 2007 to fund the initial manufacturing prototype system and to initiate business development.
