Upon Graduation from the University of North Carolina in 1979, Hadi obtained his Real Estate license and began working in the greater Charlotte area as a real estate broker. But Hadi always had a desire to build and create unique and innovative homes and neighborhoods. Pursuing this ambition, he decided to get into homebuilding business. Hadi obtained his General Contractors License in 1988. He immediately joined a builder/developer company in order to acquire first-hand experience in new construction. From that time, Hadi has been actively involved in construction, land development and homebuilding. He has been instrumental in the development and building of several neighborhoods in the Charlotte area. Mr. Atri’s experience in homebuilding is well reflected in the homes he has crafted.
