Will Shields, who was born and raised on a small farm in western Pennsylvania, received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Slippery Rock University. When he crossed the main bridge in 1970 on his way to the Outer Banks, it was the first time Will ever saw the ocean. He was awestruck by the Outer Banks and has owned a home in Nags Head since 1988. In addition, he and his family own a home in Richmond, Virginia. Will’s family is an extremely important part of his life. He and Karen, his wife of thirty-five years, have three great kids: Shannon, who is married to Brent and lives in Pennsylvania; Scott, who is married to Melissa and lives in Staunton, Virginia; and Cara, who lives in Richmond, Virginia. In addition to his family, their wonderful, 106 pound yellow Labrador named Buoy continually chases their two cats, Tinkles and Rebel. In the past, Will has had great careers as a school teacher, a sales manager for Xerox, District Manager for Citibank Maryland, and an Area Manager for Danka Office Imaging. Also, he has co-owned a printing business and Boardwalk Fries fast food restaurant. Since Will first came to the Outer Banks in 1970, he has fallen in love with the beauty of the area. His home, located on the Roanoke Sound, paired with the late afternoon sun sparkling off the water is certainly a sight to behold! If you combine that with his family, some friends, and a bushel of crabs, you truly have heaven on earth! Also, in Will’s younger years, he ran numerous 10 K’s, three marathons, and a few triathlons. Every morning Will enjoys jogging, and he usually takes his yellow Labrador along with him!

Founder, owner and president of Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty and Seaside Vacations, Gordon was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. A graduate of St. Paul's School and the University of Virginia, Gordon moved to the Outer Banks in 1982 and obtained his real estate license two years later. His in-depth knowledge of the local area has made him one of the Outer Banks' foremost experts in oceanfront, vacation rentals, as well as commercial investment. Gordon's experience and knowledge have benefited not just himself and his team, but the community as well. He is a past member of the Board of Director of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors and is past president of NCVRMA. "We have an incredible opportunity to help people realize the dream of owning a home and at this beach," says Gordon, who love the Outer Banks for its people, sunsets, beaches and fishing. A big fan of hiking and fly fishing, Gordon is also often nostalgic for all things Baltimore-the Orioles and Ravens, Bertha's mussels and Fells Point, to name a few. He lives in Kitty Hawk with his wife, Helen, and their two children, Brennan and Chelsea.
