I joined Scuba Travel in April of this year having decided to combine my love for diving and travel together following some fantastic trips over the last few years to various places in South East Asia, Australia, Papua New Guinea and of course the Red Sea. Having taught or assisted in teaching all levels of diving from beginner to professional with Moskito Diving In Thailand and Mike Ball Dive Expeditions in Australia and PNG, I decided it was time to take a break from teaching and the sunshine and come back to the UK. Following an initial stint in the travel industry working almost as many hours as when I was teaching, I decided it was time to move on and when the opportunity to join Tony and the team came up - shorter days, red sea "business" trips and some brand new drinking / diving buddies, it wasn't to be missed and hey presto, here I am!
So this is me - or as much as is safe to tell you at this time, my name is Helen and I look after our red sea travel operation. So, for all your red sea enquiries whether it be about one of our boats, itineraries, checking availability or just wanting to say hello, it's Helen. I joined the Scuba Travel team in October 2003 and since then haven't looked back. Having started my family at a young age I have not had chance to travel much until now. In this time I have become an advanced scuba diver and have been on a few TBS trips.
