I believe in each individual's ability to find their own path at times of uncertainty, given a supportive and nurturing environment. Every day can be full of possibilities if we choose to accept who we are.
I have been very fortunate to have worked with individuals and families for many years. As a Humanistic Counsellor, I believe in social inclusion not exclusion. Counselling is one way of facilitating self acceptance. This can lead to greater understanding and creativity in everyday living. The way in which we express ourselves relates directly to who we are. How often do we find time to access our hidden creativity? No two people are the same. Our individual uniqueness can flourish and be celebrated when time and space is offered.
