SAIA was founded in July 1996 by people working in and using the Internet. We have grown steadily over the years but are always on the lookout for new members. People who are aware of the value of the Internet to both consumers and professional members, like yourself, are invited to join us. For as little as $22 per year (student/concession) you can be a member of the professional association of the Internet Industry in South Australia.
So far, we have adopted a provisional Code of Practice and a Code of Conduct and Ethics. Our Code of Practice covers the following aspects of professional practice, and over the next five years, will be developed further in the following areas:
