Doing Justice in an Economic Tsunami is topic of Nov. 7 Social Justice Conference Former UUA president Rev. John Buehrens will speak on "Maintaining a House of Hope" at the St. Lawrence District 4th Annual Social Justice Conference on Saturday, November 7. The conference, entitled Doing Justice in an Economic Tsunami, will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Amherst, NY, and will also feature workshops on race and economic justice, universal health care, and class issues among UUs.
