Michael focused on customer needs and concerns and exceeded his customer’s expectations with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Michael motivated his employees to always go above and beyond the usual service for every customer. Red Oak Drug outgrew its location and moved to its new location in 2002 due to the success of Michael and Mary Boyd, dedicated employees and loyal customers.
