Mr. Cotter has over 20 years experience in providing regulatory compliance and accreditation preparation services to his clients, and is a nationally respected consultant in the area of accreditation preparation and regulatory compliance as well as hazardous materials management in the healthcare industry.
During his recent 10 year tenure at MedSafe, Inc, Mr. Cotter was responsible for managing technical consulting staff for the 10 million dollar organization. While at MedSafe, Mr. Cotter operationalized the MSDS direct internet-based MSDS Access Program. This service is still provided exclusively today by RT Cotter and Associates.
