Born November 1969, Shane Kempton is Roy Weston’s youngest CEO, with energy and enthusiasm complemented by an impressive career of experience, success and achievement.
In 1992 at the age of 22 he commenced his real estate career as a Roy Weston sales representative with his good friend and mentor Geoff Baldwin. Three award winning years later, Shane pursued a life’s goal and proudly served his country as a member of the Australian Defence Force for 5 years, spending 2 years as a member of the elite SAS.
He recommenced his real estate career with Geoff Baldwin in December 1999, along with a renewed goal, drive and focus to become a Roy Weston business owner. Shane’s formula for achievement was simple, a genuine interest in people and infectious enthusiasm meshed with leadership, values and self discipline honed from his military career
