Description
Marsh 2000 was established in 1996 as a voluntary group made up of local people with the simple mandate of improving the quality of life for all on the Romney marsh.
We have been involved with many of the key issues affecting Romney Marsh such as transportation and crime and disorder and have held meetings with the appropriate parties, to discuss potential solutions.
Launched in Feb 2002 part funded by local councils and a grant from CASK our website has exceeded all expectations and grown into a serious communication tool for the visitor’s, residents and businesses of the Romney Marsh.
