- The Roanoke Valley Youth Soccer Club, Inc. (RVYSC) is a non-profit corporation that sponsors the Roanoke Star soccer teams. RVYSC is a self-supporting organization operated on fees from club-sponsored tournaments, participation fees, money collected during fund-raising activities and donations. Participation fees cover approximately one third of the total cub expenses. Financial aid is available on an individual and confidential basis.
