- Road Ragistry was conceptualized early in the year of 2000 and has recently been revamped and cleaned up. This website was set up with the idea to track terrible drivers. We ALL see things happening on the road every day and think "Where is a cop when this is going on?". One percent of the things I have seen happen resulted in them getting pulled over. The other 99% these idiots are putting people at risk for their own agenda. I've seen drunks on expressways bouncing off of guard rails and cement barriers, old people driving on sidewalks, people driving over curbs and almost hitting pedestrians and people driving on shoulders to get ahead of everyone else. Its time we all contributed and tracked these maniacs so they can understand that their driving is going to put them in a grave one day and possibly someone else.
