Romashka.org is the website of Ukrainian Language Cafés Network ( ULCN) . First Language Café was created in Odessa, Ukraine in 1999. More Language Cafes were opened in Kiev, Nikolaev, Khersons , Lviv and other cities. The Language Café is the name for the small groups’ language courses. The main philosophy of the Language Café is the mix classic language study and Internet technologies, close contact and open communication between teacher and students.
