My name is Ike Pethtel. I’m the owner and Fitness Director of Fit by Ike Personal Training in Richmond. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Post-Secondary Rehabilitation Specialist and Sports Nutrition Specialist with the nationally recognized International Fitness Professionals Association. Personal training is my second career. I became a personal trainer at age fifty after a twenty year career in the communications industry.
