Niche real estate investment for superior returns

The distressed real estate market offers a wealth of investment opportunities -- if the investor knows enough.

Reven Capital, led by CEO Chad Carpenter, seeks opportunistic real estate opportunities on behalf of private investors. Carpenter and Thad Meyer, Reven Capital's finance chief and operations officer, have completed more than $3 billion in commercial real estate deals.

Reven Capital has three real estate equity funds investing on behalf of institutional and corporate investors, as well as individual investors with high net worth.

Real estate investment: the right strategy at the right time

Reven Capital's partners design their real estate investment funds to take advantage of real estate cycles.

The firm is now focusing on distressed real estate in different asset classes. Reven's funds are on a smaller scale than some other real estate investment firms, allowing its investment team to seek niche investment opportunities that take advantage of the ups and downs of the real estate market.

Reven's funds are co-sponsored by the firm's expert real estate investment partners. This gives investors the benefit of investing with both seasoned fund managers and experienced real estate asset managers.

Each partner co-invests in each fund with Reven Capital and its investors, so its own interests are aligned with those of Reven's investors.

Expert real estate investment and management partners

Reven Capital partners with American Property Management Corp., an opportunistic lodging firm based in San Diego, Calif. The firm owns and manages hotels and resorts, including such well known brands as Le Meridien, Sheraton, Hilton, DoubleTree, Hilton Garden Inn, Radisson, Park Plaza, Wyndham, and Holiday Inn.
