Step Two

To ensure you are not swamped with irrelevant resumes, not only can you specify to receive career seekers by location and industry preferences, but also by the specific job functions.

From the second you register, every career seeker who joins ResumeSpider, matching your requirements, is stored in your private, searchable career seeker database.
