I am a customer of Regis Salons. I went to the Regis Salon at the Clackamas Town Center, in Clackamas Oregon. The women in there were all snotty bitches. Who didn't know what they were doing. Half the time they were just standing around gossiping. And talking about the customers that had just left. The other portion of the time I saw them parading into the back room, disapearing for minutes upon time. People were coming in to the salon wanting customer service. But the girls were too busy talking about anything but what they were supposed to be doing to even realize that people had come and gone in a bad, discouraged mood. I went in wanting a simple blonde high light. And the girl that proceeded to do my hair. Took FOREVER! Can you say Three F-ing hours? She took 25 minutes to mix the colors. Wandered around like she didn't know her head from her ass. It took her so long to do my hair that the bottom layer of my hair is now fryed. She disapeared helping other people that worked there who were putting away product that had just been delivered. At this time people were still coming into the salon, and didn't get what they wanted. She fryed my hair beyond all recognition. Turned my beautiful, full, brown hair into a mess of breaking strands(if you want to even try to call them strands). My friend who was with me, came over while I was at the washing station, and looked at my hair in horror. The bottom of my hair was soo blonde that it was White! The top of my hair wasn't even high lighted. The girl "doing" my hair disapeared into the back for ten minutes. Came out and said" I don't like the way it looks". ( Mind you, she had a look of shock on her face". Ran, LITERALLY RAN, to the back room. Not sure what she was doing back there, but it took her I'd say another 15 minutes to come back out and tell me that she was going to put a toner on my hair because it wasn't even. My hair is splotchy, un even, RED, RUSTY colored, and the stupid bitch, whom calls herself a professional hair dresser, STILL charged me 105.00! And gave me a really pissy look when she saw that I didn't tip her! OF COURSE I WASN'T GOING TO TIP HER! SHE RUINED MY HAIR! My friend who was with me, even kindly told a few of the other employees that the girl doing my hair may need a little bit of help. They looked at her as if she was stupid. Said to her " That all of us know what we are doing, I'm sure you have nothing to worry about" This was after my friend had caught them all looking at the stylist who was doing my hair- like " What are you doing, Why is it taking you so long"? And they were all, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM Looked at me and my friend like we were trash. Like they were better than us. I hope that you people go out of business. I am going to tell every one I know what a joke you people are. I hope you all can find a new job. Because I know a lot of people in this area, and surrounding areas, and they will no longer help you survive. Good luck.
