The Armand & Josh Show ended when the creators split to attend college, but the split reunited the original creative partnership of Christina Maas and Armand Schmidt who, with the assistance of Lindsay Corbin, founded the innovative comedy group, Random Acts, compiled of the best and most original young actors the trio could find. The group began immediately and in January 2003 began releasing material to fill the void left by the lack of new episodes from previous shows. Random Acts and The Happy Cow Fun Hour were our first two shows and were joined by The Snooze, the internet's only sitcom, at the beginning of the next season which has become acclaimed by audiences far and wide.
Currently, Random Acts Productions keeps it's plate full with the continuation of these shows as well as taking on personal acting jobs both on stage and on screen. With our recent partnership with Loading Ready Run, a Canadian based comedy team in Victoria, BC, Random Acts has never been stronger, and as our audience continues to grow, so will we, finding new ways to push the envelope, make you laugh, think, maybe even burp a little, and continue to provide the best place to get the highest quality original comedy and entertainment on the net
Random Acts Productions is an independent comedy and film group currently based in Lubbock, Texas. Our creative team consisting of a combination of actors, writers, directors, producers, puppeteers, technicians, and jacks-of-all-trades is responsible for the consistant and sometimes exhausting flow of new material to our current venue, this website. Currently producing and showcasing four different series and bi-monthly Feature Films, our production schedule is at a rapid and constant pace.
