A waterproofing company can possess knowledgeable field estimators, competent, helpful office personnel and accurate, detail oriented estimation practices but these are of little value to the consumer unless they are supported by a highly trained, conscientious group of installers.
Before anyone can set foot on a RAINSHIELD job site and call themselves a RAINSHIELD installer they must first demonstrate proficiency through an intense training and evaluation process. Most reputable manufactures have Certified Applicator Programs. RAINSHIELD is proud to participate in these programs where all of our installers must qualify through a written test procedure. But we don’t stop there…
Our internal testing program requires written as well as a physical demonstration of installation techniques. This multilevel program promotes advancement from within as well as assurance to our clients that their property will never serve as a classroom for installers. RAINSHIELD’s never ending requirement of education combined with a drug-free / zero tolerance environment produces installers who operate to the highest standards in the industry.
