Update 2/07/2007:
Bowers House has openings every month this spring!! We are seeking dynamic new members to fill an immediate vacancy (February) and several more later this spring. Stay for as short as a couple months or as long as 1 year. Rent for as low as $415 per month! Utilities and groceries (fully stocked kitchen, home-cooked vegan/veg meals) are $175. Rent is determined by the size of the room.
We are a tight-knit but ever-evolving community of students and working folks who are excited to share each other’s company and enjoy a more intentional lifestyle in this alternative urban housing option. We eat dinners together, take on chores in the house, share skills from knitting to bike repair, and attend meetings about house issues. We value good communication, involvement, and creative thought. If you’ve never lived in a co-op before, not to worry! We would love to tell you more about it.
