Why we're doing this

Establish a consistent and effective policy on handling NoBot cases and remove the OptOut terminology from our site.

We'll have this when:

• We have agreed upon a policy
• We have a primary NoBot page we can point to that will answer any questions
• We have consistant information throughout the site

People

• Chris and Scott are organizing this and responding to NoBot emails addressed to the support email address
• Community members are encouraged to help with this

Project Tasks

• Create primary NoBotPolicy page
• Transclude description to Category:NoBot
• Rewrite and combine articles. Remove OptOut terminology. Point to article containing NoBot policy instead of having it on each page.

• Review pages that have been Undeleted and remove banners.

• It was mentioned that we should come up with better terminology than NoBot
