This project aims to improve the usability of Dell Inspiron laptops under the Linux operating environment, primarily by implementing a workaround for a problem that exists where Dell's bios does not properly restore PCI settings for the built-in ActionTec MiniPCI modem (Lucent LTmodem) and ethernet (Intel EtherExpress Pro/100). The code is based on actiontecfix and pci-saveconfig by Marcel van der Goot. This project is nolonger actively maintained.
This goal of this project is to create a flexible and easy to use firewall for Linux workstations, routers, and servers using the Linux kernel netfilter code. This page also contains assorted essays including "Using the Firewall in an ISP Application" and "Port Security Explained", as well as a forum to discuss network security and practical applications for this software.
A web based tool for demonstrating the operation of Rijndael, the advanced encryption standard. This project is based on the JavaScript implementation of Rijndael by Fritz Schneider.
