Description
This unit was started to impart technical skills to the local youth and to offer world class CNC Tooling to the engineering industry.
Mr. K.Alexander was trained in the Indian Ordnance factories – (Ammunition factory Kirkee) as an apprentice during 1969-’72 under the apprentices act 1961 and completed NCTVT with the Presidents’ Gold medal in 1972 by winning the all India skill competition for apprentices in that year. Subsequently he was employed in Sandvik Asia Ltd., Pune, (A multinational tooling manufacturer) for over 20 years. During this period he received working experience in quality assurance, methods engineering, production planning and Industrial engineering departments.
