Pragma Systems, Inc. was founded in 1990 in Austin, the heart of Texas, by David Kulwin and Quamrul Mina. Its initial focus was to design, develop and port networking software for Fortune 500 companies. Companies like IBM, Tandem, Tivoli were won over as clients. As time progressed, so did Pragma's vision from OS/2 to Windows NT . In 1993, Pragma decided to invest time and dedication into the understanding and development of the Windows NT environment. In 1995, Pragma started developing industrial grade software for the emerging 32-bit Windows NT platform. From that point on, Pragma has delivered high quality products and services focused on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 operating systems.
