- Pony Up is back home in sunny Montreal. We have spent the last week locked in our apartments, rocking back and forth in a dark corner, but we are now ready to go out and face the exciting challenges ahead. Just a quick look back: when we last left you, we were setting out on a tour with our longtime American Idols The Mountain Goats. It wasthe tour of a lifetime. The shows were exciting, the company unparalleled. Partying.....unintelligible...indescribable..effervescent! Is it all downhill from here? Should we just quit? No! There is South by Southwest! The testosterone and heat-heavy 4 days of indie shenanigans left us leaner, meaner and keener than ever to get back to Canada. The hardest part was the quick two-stepping from summer to winter. Thanks Ciara. Which brings us to today. We have an album to finish writing and personal relationships to repair. It is an exctiting time, ladies and gentlemen, I tell ya! We just had our first post tour jam, and if today is any indication, we feel the tables turning. And they are made of Led. And hea-vy. We plan to hit the road again in May.
