Pimp Empires is a free online multiplayer game created on August 2004 as pimpwarsonline.com. Going live on the 23rd of the same month with two games. Red (orginal) and Blue (beta test). Red game would feature one hour payout’s with a soon added feature, a nightclub. Nightclubs would become a prominent aspect that would be the forefront of many enterprises which players could start to build their dominion.
On the 21st of October 2005, pimpwarsonline was forced to change it’s name, it was then decided pimpempires.com would be better suited to the current game development. From the original bought software, Steve’s continued vision of Pimp Empires would see an entirely new concept in that it deliver’s unique strategies to enhance a player’s experience.
Since Pimp Empires inception both games have under-gone qualitatve changes. The consistent development bought about new names for both games. Red became Revolution, having transformed from it’s original state. Old habits died and new strategies were born.
In keeping with it’s original theme and beta concept, Blue game perhaps has transformed the most, first being renamed Extreme for its hard hitting fast paced style, then Evolution to keep in context with its counter part Red game, and later came out of beta to be known as Dog Eat Dog (DeD).
On February 26th, 2007 marked another historical moment in Pimp Empires when the administration announced both games as they were known would discontinue. Taking it’s place would be a game based solely in New York. The Pimp Empires Times would proclaim “The Empire Has Fallen, And From The Ashes New York Rises” and thus New York rises to stake it’s claim in Pimp Empires history.
Steve has continued to develop a game that is unique within it’s field, from here the story of New York continues……
