Launched in March of 2004, PhotographyCorner.com has grown to be one of the largest photography portals online, with over 10,000 members, posting from over 120 countries around the world. September 2007 has seen the most traffic on the site to date with over 3.2 million pageviews.
PhotographyCorner offers an expansive collection of photography resources, including the following:
- an active photography forum with over 10,500 members
- a photography directory
- a photography blog which features contests, photography news, site updates, photographer interviews, videos and more
- a photography resource center that includes
- Photograph of the Month contests, which are held monthly (obviously) with prizes available to the winner)
- Contest Corner Challenges which are held 18 times/year (with prizes available!)
- and bi-weekly projects (as featured in the Premiere Projects Gallery) that are available only to Premiere Members
The active forum, with over 1000 posts per day, features a wide variety of photography-related topics, from equipment discussion, to general Photography 101 information, to photography Software, photography business discussion and more. Another popular section of the forum includes the Feedback Corner, where photographers can get feedback from other members of the community to help them improve their photographs. In addition, the Critiques Corner is where members display their best work, open to a full critique from the community. It is also important to note that critique does not equal criticize, which is one of the points outlined in the article "Getting the Most Out of Critiques."

- Me being a amature photographer, I have learned quite a bit so far from Photographycorner.com. All the tutorials and knowledgeable people to talk to and ask questions. The corner has people from all over the world and lots of different intrests. Come over and take a look around and I think you would agree it's a GREAT PLACE !!!
