Penco Power Products, was founded in 1985 by the Penrod brothers. Jeff, Kirk, and Vaugn Penrod began their operation as a small engine and auto repair shop in Bigfork, MT. This small business slowly began to grow, introducing new opportunities to expand. Taking their chances in the motor sports industry, the Penrod brothers added Arctic Cat to their expanding family.
