Pearson-Radli and Associates, LLC. (formerly “Cecil Pearson and Associates”) came into existence in 1985, through the efforts of Cecil Pearson and Eric Radli. Having a number of years of experience in law enforcement/corrections and in particular, hostage negotiations, we embarked on a course of instructing others in the field. As years went on, with the assistance of additional instructors, the variety of our instructional courses expanded as did the diversity of our students.
