Moderation Policies
Play by Electron Games makes every effort to process game turns within 12 hours of the published time. However because of the inherent unreliability of Internet mail, your reports may take longer to reach you. Game status can be monitored via the server@pbegames.com address (send a message with 'help' in the message body for details).
The moderator address is monitored during normal weekday business hours on a regular basis, and intermittently on weekends. We attempt to answer any questions directed to the moderator within 24 hours of its receipt. If no one is available to respond to email, there will be an automated response to any received email indicating the moderator's anticipated return date.
Signups received that do not include a valid email address or FULL name, particularly for free games, will be silently ignored.
