With over a decade of experience in the production field and a BA in Media Study, Cathy has produced over 200 shows for television and taught Media Production and History. Her documentary film work has been honored by the American Film and Video Festival, and is in the permanent collections of Columbia University, the Buffalo Museum of Science and the Rhode Island School of Design.
Cathy’s art films have been exhibited worldwide; at numerous art exhibitions and installations including: Albright Art Gallery • Buffalo, NY, Cinematheque • San Francisco, CA, Film Forum • Los Angeles, CA, Documenta IX • Kassel, Germany, Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center • Buffalo, NY, Berlin Public Access • Berlin, Germany.
She began filming weddings in 1999 using her documentary experience and creative talents to produce what has been described as cinematic art for her clients.
