Any peering is subject to the PaNAP service policy, which is referred to in the "Peering at PaNAP" section of the site.
Despite offering a free peering service, PaNAP is nevertheless a 24/7-maintained and supported architecture, together with full-featured member tools and high-profile quality of service.
