Shipping requirements have created the need for manufacturers and distributors to have the flexibility to exchange in-house pallets or CHEP rental pallets. With more and more companies turning towards CHEP rental pallets, companies need a quick way to switch from White pallets to CHEP pallets. The Inverter eliminates the need for hand stacking and does the job in a fraction of the time. Because the Inverter does all the work it not only saves time it saves backs. More and more today companies are looking for ways to make a safer more worker friendly atmosphere.
Pallets when empty need to be stacked and delivered back into the manufacturing area or returned to the supplier that owns them. When dispensing pallets a stack of up to 18 pallets are placed into the dispenser it will automatically dispense pallets every 20 seconds. When a pallet has been removed, the unit will automatically lowering a another pallet for removal by a pallet jack
Many companies use collapsible containers in their manufacturing and distribution systems today. Collapsible containers when empty need to be stacked and delivered back into the manufacturing area or returned to the supplier that owns them. When stacking containers the un-wanted container is placed in the open area below the other containers. This will automatically signal the unit that a collapsible container is present and stack it. When dispensing containers a stack of up to 12 collapsible containers will be placed into the dispenser. The dispenser will automatically dispense containers every 15 seconds. When a container has been removed, the unit will automatically dispense, lowering a replacement collapsible container for easy removal by a pallet jack
