- Pagepoint Services (I) Pvt Ltd (PPSIL) and Microwave Communications Ltd (MCL) were incorporated as Paging companies in the year 1994 and 1992 respectively .MCL was awarded paging licenses in seven cities and PPSIL in four cities by Department of Telecommunications, Govt of India.The PPSIL was acquired by MCL in the year 2000 from Motorola Inc. which owned and operated Pagepoint till the take over. The acquisition of PPSIL from Motorola incorporated International Standards and Practices in Call Centre and Customer Services in Operations.
