The Orphans in Africa Project is a non-profit Christian charity organisation created for the purpose of assisting AIDS orphans and street kids. It is funded totally by donations of caring individuals and churches. It is not affiliated to any particular church or organisation but is supported by many.
- to release them back into the community as healthy, educated and well-adjusted adults so they can play their part in the future of their own nation.
Africa is a land that has been torn apart by war and disease. For over 40 years this has resulted in international condemnation and sanctions, tribal conflict, racial hatred and the inevitable result is famine, disease and poverty for the general population.
