Oregon Referee Committee
The Oregon Referee Committee (ORC) is an Oregon non-profit organization established by the Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA) and the Oregon Adult Soccer Association (OASA) to recruit, retain, train, and develop referees, assessors, instructors, and assignors in Oregon to serve soccer games sanctioned by OYSA, OASA, and all other affiliates of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
