Today in America a cheesemaking revolution is taking place. A revolution led by people not content with bland, mediocre, mass produced cheese. Our demand for fresher, more flavorsome food has led to a revival of artisan and gourmet cheesemaking.
At Oregon Gourmet Cheeses, we are proud to be part of that revival. At our small artisan cheesery in the Willamette Valley, we take great pride in hand crafting our cheeses. We use superb milk from a single Jersey herd, which is organically farmed and pasture fed at the Gourley Family Farm in Scio.
