Twinkle Twinkle Blah Blah Blah Etc. was born in 2002 here as a place for me to complain anonymously about things. It then migrated over here in 2003, still with the complaining and occasionally with the photos of my ass.
After three years of doing it this way, I thought: You know what the problem is with the standard blog format? It's not self-promoting enough. I want to showcase my critical abilities more! I want unpaid contributors! And most important, I want free shit! Thus, #1HS.v3 was born.
In case you're wondering, the name "Number One Hit Song" (And let's just call it that, okay? In comparison to "Twinkle Twinkle Blah Blah Blah Etc." it just rolls off the tongue) refers to a song written by the single greatest band that ever lived, The Minutemen. Those of you who feel it necessary to tell me something may drop me a line and be a) summarily ignored or b) perfunctorily acknowledged.
