Description
Services include education, resource services including library services, developmental and documentation work, cooperation on establishing and strengthening services for the deafblind in the Nordic Region's adjacent areas, as well as European and international cooperation. NUD should:
Work to spread information and knowledge within the deafblind area and maintain a special library for course participants and other users.
Gather information about deafblindness and maintain a network within the deafblind field both in and outside the Nordic countries in order to gather the latest knowledge as well as contribute to international cooperation.
