Description
The Norton Radstock Regeneration Company was set up to purchase and develop 18 acres of former railway land in the centre of Radstock. Our vision is to use the regeneration of the land and assets to contribute to the wider regeneration of Radstock.
The Company has appointed Bellway Homes as their development partner and have produced proposals for NRR's site. The partnership aim to submit their planning application shortly.
NRR is a Company limited by guarantee and is self financed but will reinvest any profit into ongoing regeneration in Norton Radstock. NRR has previously received public sector grants from the Single Regeneration Budget, Bath and North East Somerset Council and the South West Regional Development Agency.
