Consumer Beware

As a small business owner, my impression of this company is that they act as a middle agent. My experience with NetDropShipper.com was not a good one at all. Initially, a problem arose when the trying to fax credit card information to the company in order to start an account with them. They were unable to confirm receipt of the confidential information, and went on to duplicate charges.

When I ordered items with expidited shipping to be sent directly to the customer (the 'premier' service they provide), the company claimed that the had been shipped, but FedEx had yet to receive the package. Forced to find other ways to meet my customer's needs, I sought another supplier who delivered the items right away. I asked NetDropShipper to cancel the order placed with them (as it still hadn't been shipped three days later) and they continued to claim that the package was not in their hands.
