Neocodex is a popular website which specializes in creation of tools to cheat the popular virutal pet game, Neopets. The site originally opened on January 19, 2004 and was originally founded by Hydrogen and Raredaredevil. The site has since received over 820,000 articles posted on it's forums and has 9,000+ members. Neocodex currently has 150+ tools publically available (registration required).
It has since joined Big-Boards, a directory that lists the largest forums on the internet.
Management
Neocodex was originally created by Hydrogen and Raredaredevil. It has since reformed it's administration team to four people: Hydrogen, ShadowLink64, Noitidart, and Brandon.
